Match analysis: the stats and the odds of every match in one app

Match analysis means looking at the numbers before deciding what you think of a match: recent form, level, goals, head-to-head, and how the odds have moved. BetClutch gathers them for every football, tennis and basketball match in the app, next to the live score and the odds.

A real example: Liverpool v Manchester City

Premier League, 11 October 2026, at Anfield. Ten minutes before kick-off, this is what the numbers in BetClutch showed, over each team's last six months in all competitions:

  • Form: Manchester City had won their last 7 matches in a row, and 7 of their last 10. Liverpool had won 4 of their last 10.
  • Goals scored: City 2.2 per match, Liverpool 1.6.
  • Clean sheets: City kept one in 45% of their matches, Liverpool in 27%.
  • Both teams scored: in 7 of Liverpool's last 10 matches, in 5 of City's.
  • The odds: Liverpool had drifted from 2.55 to 3.30 during the week, City had shortened from 2.45 to 2.05 (see dropping odds).

City won 3-0. The numbers did not say that would happen; they said which side came into the match in better shape, and the odds said the same thing. That is what match analysis is for: knowing what you are looking at before the match starts.

What BetClutch does not do

  • No betting advice. The analysis shows the numbers; the decision is yours.
  • No bets. BetClutch is not a bookmaker and does not place bets for you.
  • No AI. Every figure comes from match data, and says how many matches it is based on.

Without an account, BetClutch sends you up to 3 “favorite losing” alerts and 1 big odds move (30% or more) a day, for free; Pro unlocks every alert, with a 10-day trial and no charge at the end. The app is available on iPhone and Android. It is an information and analysis app for adults only. Bet responsibly.

Questions about match analysis

Where do the stats come from?

From the results and the match data of each team or player, over the last six months and across all competitions, and from the odds recorded by the app before and during the match. Every figure says how many matches it is based on.

Which stats are shown for a football match?

Recent form and winning streaks, goals scored and conceded per match, clean sheets, matches where both teams scored, matches over 1.5, 2.5 or 3.5 goals, head-to-head, line-ups, and during the match xG, possession, shots and cards.

And for tennis and basketball?

Tennis: ranking, recent form, head-to-head and each player's recent results, then point-by-point and serve stats during the match. Basketball: recent form and results, then the live score quarter by quarter.

Does BetClutch tell me who will win?

No. BetClutch shows the numbers and the odds; it does not tell you what to bet and takes no bets. The analysis is there so you can make up your own mind.
